Each began as one defined task a person was performing by hand, and several have since grown into the surrounding estate. The results are the ones the client measured, not projections we put in a proposal.

The problem
Every morning began with a manual sort of overnight tickets across four platforms, plus enrichment and reassignment by hand before anyone answered anything.
What we built
A multi-agent system that triages on arrival, enriches from the CRM and product database, drafts a first response, and hands to a human only when it cannot close.

Result

First-response time halved; routing no longer touched by a person.

Logistics voice intake

National logistics provider

The problem
Roughly thirty hours a week of agent time went to tracking calls that asked one question and needed no judgement.
What we built
A voice agent that authenticates the caller, checks delivery status against the live system, and escalates anything outside its remit with the context attached.

Result

About a third of routine calls now resolve without an agent.

The problem
Sales reps explained modular product configurations from static PDF sheets, and quotes came back wrong often enough to matter.
What we built
An interactive 3D configurator inside the existing sales portal, generating a validated bill of materials from whatever the rep assembles on screen.

Result

Quote accuracy up sharply; fewer revision cycles per deal.

Every lead was treated identically, so working out which opportunities deserved attention was itself a full-time job.
What we built
A scoring engine trained on their own closed-won history, running as a background worker and writing probabilities back onto the deal record in near real time.

Forecast now tracks outcomes closely enough to plan against.

    What we built
    A premium lifestyle e-commerce storefront — a grid that stays fluid from phone to desktop, cart transitions that never reload the page, and an editorial layout that treats products as photography rather than SKUs.
    Why it exists
    Generic commerce grids flatten a premium brand into catalogue rows. Rebuilt around the product photography instead; user interaction rose 35%.

    What we built
    One portal for student medical records, lab diagnostics, and campus clinic booking, with a 3D anatomical model that maps symptoms and injury sites onto the underlying record.
    Why it exists
    Clinical logs and vaccination records sat across several legacy systems. Consolidating them meant meeting HIPAA handling requirements without making the interface harder to read.

    What we built
    A health telemetry profile: live biometric waveforms, active caloric burn ratios, a rolling health score index, and wearable data pulled through HealthKit.
    Why it exists
    Fitness dashboards usually present numbers as a table. This one reads as an instrument panel, which is the difference between checking it weekly and checking it daily.

    Why it exists
    Most astrology apps ship static image assets. The maths here runs live, so the chart matches the moment the user opens it rather than the moment a designer exported it.

    Fleet haulage orchestration — live cargo tracking overlays, a driver dispatcher terminal, and fuel and route analytics built for heavy-duty operations.
    Why it exists
    Dispatch ran on legacy terminal software where every lookup cost seconds. Route telemetry and job pipelines moved onto a socket connection, so the board updates without anyone refreshing it.

    A telecom-fintech app that pays users for call waiting time — audio stream handling, a matching engine for ad categories, and micro-payment settlement written to a ledger.
    Why it exists
    Hold time is dead attention that carriers already own. The build turns it into metered inventory advertisers can bid on and users get paid against.

    A thermal telemetry console reading from connected BLE medical sensors — canvas-rendered temperature graphs, threshold alerts, and automated anomaly reports.
    Why it exists
    Post-surgical temperature logs were being written by hand at intervals. Continuous readings go straight to the provider, which removes the lag and the transcription error at once.

Where we have depth

These are sectors rather than a client list, and the organisations inside them run from a handful of people to several thousand. The technology transfers anywhere.
