You should know what has been designed, built and connected. We agree access, integrations and acceptance criteria in the SOW, and make handover expectations clear before development begins.
A single website or AI receptionist can stand alone. A larger product can include custom software, mobile apps, CRM, voice automation and ongoing improvement.
For websites, measure useful enquiries and completed actions. For apps, look at adoption and task success. For voice AI, evaluate calls handled, appropriate handoffs and bookings where connected. Metrics are agreed for each SOW.
